Sample 1:

Some people like to live in the same house, have the same job and habit all their lives. However, others aspire to changes and new experiences. Personally, for the several reasons which I will explain bellow, I prefer the first approach to life.

First of all, changes in one's life bring many benefits. One tries new things, gains new knowledge and experience. I think it is great because without changes life becomes boring. I always try to make changes in my life. Moreover, when I feel that my life is boring, I do not feel well about it. I feel like I spent those days for nothing. I did not do anything exciting; I learnt nothing interesting, and I just wasted my time.

Second of all, people need changes. Furthermore, we need obstacles to overcome and reach our goals. I believe that changes make us stronger, more persistent, more self-confident, and more patient. Also, I feel that all people who succeeded in life like changes and new experience because it is impossible to be the best in some field without perfecting the present knowledge and gain new experience. People catch every opportunity to learn more and change their life for the best.

On the other hand, people who like their lives to stay the same are very permanent. They have the same job all their life, the same habits, the same weekends and even the same years in years out. I think it is boring. What will they tell their children about their lives? What kind of contribution will they make to society? I think such people are just afraid of changes.
I think curiosity and aspiration for the new experience are two of the main reasons of human evolution. People always wanted to break limits and gain more knowledge and experience. So, people who enjoy change are the engine of human development.

Sample 2:

Some people love change and trying new things, whereas others prefer a steady life and dislike adopting new habits. As for me, I enjoy exploring new things, as I am an open-minded and social person by nature.

Many people resist change because they are often closed-minded and antisocial. Keeping up with modern life, such as advancements in technology or trying new experiences, can be challenging for them. For instance, one of my friends, Mehmet, is quite resistant to change. He used to play a game called FM but insisted on playing the oldest version. When I asked, "Are you still enjoying this version? I think you should update it," he replied, "I like doing the same thing. I hate changing anything in my life, even if it’s just a game." However, I was determined to convince him to try the latest version. Eventually, I succeeded, and after trying it, he admitted, "You’re right, it’s more enjoyable than the older one."

On the other hand, some people are brave enough to embrace change in their lives. They are unafraid of trying new experiences. For example, during my university years, I was into bodybuilding. Over time, I grew bored of it, so I decided to change my fitness routine and took up swimming instead. After a while, I realized it was the right decision and beneficial for me. If I hadn’t changed my sports habit, I might have stopped exercising altogether.

In conclusion, life is constantly changing in today’s modern world. To succeed, you must adapt to these changes. Moreover, trying new things can often be beneficial and enjoyable, so it’s worth giving them a chance.

Sample 3:

Different people have different lifestyles according to their own preferences and values. Some prefer to have similar life patterns to feel stability and comfort, whereas others look for changes to entertain and enhance their lives. Personally, I enjoy changes and always look forward to new experiences. This is because people learn new things by experiencing changes, and it helps people to adjust to the changing society.

To begin with, by experiencing changes, people can learn new knowledge and information. Changes in life can be starting a new job, learning a new skill or transferring to different schools. Even though these changes will be unfamiliar and difficult at first, during the process of adjusting to the change, individuals will be able to upgrade their abilities, pick up a new skill and widen their horizons. For example, last year, I decided to go to the U.S. to study abroad. In the beginning, it was difficult to adjust to my new school and study different subjects because the academic curriculum was so different from Korea’s system, my home country. However, as time went by, I improved my English-speaking skills and learned more about American culture and history. Studying abroad has undoubtedly helped me broaden my perspectives and explore a different country. Therefore, changes can play a crucial role in helping individuals expand their horizons.

Furthermore, people must change in order to fit in with today’s society which is changing and developing every day. Nowadays, due to scientific development and discoveries, new technologies and mechanical devices are changing the style of how people live their lives. So, people need to change and adapt themselves to the new technologies so that they do not get left behind. To be specific, nobody writes their paper or report by hand these days, they use the computer and type in words instead so that they can finish their work faster and make it more qualified. If people do not change and use the original method of completing their work by hand, they will not be able to catch up with the quality and speed of people who utilise new methods. Thus, people must change so that they can adapt to the changing society.

In conclusion, through changes, people can learn new things and fit in with the developing society. In this regard, people should enjoy having changes in their lives.
